ایف آئی نے محسن بیگ کے گھر چھاپہ کیوں مارا؟ وفاقی تحقیقاتی ادارے کی وضاحت

وفاقی تحقیقاتی ادارے (ایف آئی اے) کا کہنا ہے کہ وفاقی وزیر مراد سعید کی درخواست پر ایف آئی اے ٹیم نے محسن بیگ کے گھر چھاپہ مارا ہے۔

صحافی محسن بیگ کی گرفتاری پر بیان جاری کرتے ہوئے ایف آئی اے نے بتایا کہ عدالت سے سرچ اینڈ سیز وارنٹ حاصل کیے گئے تھے، ہمارے سائبر کرائم کی ٹیم محسن بیگ کےایف ایٹ میں واقع گھر گئی۔

ایف آئی اے کاکہنا ہے کہ چھاپے کے دوران ملزم محسن بیگ، انکے بیٹے اور ملازمین نے ایف آئی اے ٹیم پر سیدھی فائرنگ کی اور 2 افسران کو یرغمال بنا کر زدوکوب بھی کیا گیا۔

ایف آئی اے نے بتایا کہ گولیاں ختم ہونے پر ملزم محسن بیگ کو گرفتار کرکے تھانہ مارگلہ منتقل کر دیا، تھانہ مارگلہ میں کارروائی کی جارہی ہے۔

ایف آئی اے کا کہنا ہے کہ ملزم محسن بیگ نے سرکاری ملازمین پر فائرنگ کرکے سنگین جرم کا ارتکاب کیا ہے۔

دوسری جانب درج ایف آئی آر کے مطابق صحافی محسن بیگ کے خلاف سائبر کرائم ونگ لاہور میں مقدمہ درج کیا گیا ہے، ایف آئی آر میں کہا گیا ہے کہ محسن بیگ نے ٹی وی پروگرام میں مراد سعید کیخلاف غیر اخلاقی زبان استعمال کی، بےبنیاد کہانی اور توہین آمیز تجزیہ دیا۔

ایف آئی آر کے متن میں کہا گیا ہے کہ پروگرام سوشل میڈیا پر بھی شیئر کیا گیا، جس سےعوام میں مرادسعید کی ساکھ کوخراب کرنے کی کوشش کی گئی ہے۔

The only debacle would be his resistance to the authorities and that too with a firearm. This would be pervasive against him. A non bailable offence Under section 506/II of Criminal Procedure Code. Yeh book ho gaya aglay six months k liye.

If the Minister has not condemned the source of information about him being false, frivolous and based on malafide intent, then he cannot go after any reproduction of such material either in verbal and/or print as well. If the minister had any problems, then he should first condemn the source of information.

His first legal course of action should've been a notice of defamation to Reham Khan.

If the information published is wrong, then it is Mr. X's duty to take necessary steps against the authority who published it in the first place, because the locus of a wrong lies there.

Likewise, if there is a piece of information, which has been published, has to be rebutted first for being inaccurate/false/frivolous. Any subsequent action in the absence of such retaliation cannot be framed under the law.
