This is a shrewd tactic used in high stake warfare, bombarded as a psychological weapon before run up to the actual encounter. It is a well calculated, a precise and to the point targeted attack, and if used intelligently half of the battle is won without firing a single bullet.
Remember boxer Muhammad Ali.... he was a master of this technique.
