اسلام آباد: جمعیت علماء اسلام(ف) کے مرکزی رہنما حافظ حسین احمد نے کہا ہے کہ اگر انصار الاسلام پر پابندی لگائی گئی تو حکومت کے اس اقدام کو عدالت میں چیلنج کریں گے۔

حکومت نے جمعیت علماء اسلام (ف) کی ملیشیا فورس انصارالاسلام کے خلاف کارروائی کا فیصلہ کیا ہے۔ وزارت داخلہ نے انصار الاسلام کو کالعدم قرار دینے کی سمری الیکشن کمیشن اور وزارت قانون کو بھجوائی تھی جس میں کہا گیا کہ باوردی فورس نے خاردار تاروں سے لیس لاٹھیاں اٹھاکر پشاور میں مارچ کیا اور باوردی فورس بظاہر حکومتی رٹ چیلنج کرنا چاہتی ہے۔

حکومت کی جانب سے انصارالاسلام پر پابندی لگانے کے فیصلے پر جے یو آئی (ف) کے مرکزی رہنما حافظ حسین احمد نے ردعمل دیتے ہوئے کہا ہے کہ ہمیں انصارالاسلام پر پابندی کا پتہ میڈیا سے چل رہا ہے اگر پابندی لگی تو عدالت میں چیلنج کریں گے۔

حافظ حسین احمد کا کہنا ہے کہ انصار الاسلام جے یو آئی کی رضاکار تنظیم کے طورپر الیکشن کمیشن میں رجسٹرڈ ہےیہ تنظیم آج پہلی بار منظر عام پر نہیں آئی ،پہلے سے جلسے جلوسوں میں سیکیورٹی انتظامات سرانجام دے رہی ہے۔​

PTI is not the court. The question is how honorable or dishonorable have our courts become. Only just ,truthful and steadfast judges make a court honorable. In the past 3 decades our institutions have been deliberately destroyed. Who were the beneficiaries is clear and they created a whole generation of corrupt acolytes. PTI does not have a magic wand to resurrect everything overnight. A vast majority are still asleep. When more than 50% of the population is not interested in casting their votes for the proper and honest candidates then they have no reason to complain.

Sir courts can't make decisions at their own. In Panama case if Hamid Khan was Lawyer of PTI instead of Naeem Bukhari, Nawaz Shareef might be still PM of Pakistan. Prosecution is very important to convict a criminal and prosecution is governments responsibility.

My Dear Friend,
Its over 6 years of PTI government in KPK, how many more years we need to prosecute one corrupt in KPK? Former CM and current CM both are wanted by NAB and someone is protecting them. So for such people at top how can we expect a free and fair prosecution?
