1- Rape is unacceptable under any circumstances regardless of the dressing of a girl or women and there should be a death penalty for the men if proven guilty.

2- Yes women SHOULD NOT wear dresses in such a way that gets attention of men regardless of the fear of getting rape or even harassed or getting started at.

3- As for men, he should not care what the women are waring He should do his own hijab that is lower his gaze and do Roza if he is getting horny

4- for women it is not always the case is the women wearing less clothes is being attacked or raped or harassed. its the one who is vulnerable or weak this is why children are getting raped and murdered as they are the easiest target. So one is leading to the other so there is a POSSIBILITY that some shit men become horny by seeing an attractive girl and then do the harm to other girl or child but so the MEN, in this case, is 100% guilty and must be hanged but in the light of Islam that women is also guilty to some extent for wearing less clothes.

and Psychology speaking it is a NEGATIVE impact on the society where women are wearing less clothes or showing skin if that is not the case then explain why Europe and even India have high rape races

That is not true in most rape cases.

In most cases, a rapist does not commit rape because he gets excited by running into a scantily clad woman. Give me one example where such things happen . In most cases rapists pre-plan, they look for their target. Remember in Zainab case, he waited for her parent to go for Umerah, Remember the case on the freeway, The rapist wouldn't have noticed how many clothes the woman was wearing in the car at night. He was an evil man, he had the opportunity and he raped her. You can go through most of such cases and you will notice that men who get excited by seeing a woman with few clothes do not rape her. On the other hand, a rapist has a different mindset. Lastly, in most rape cases, the victim of the rape knows the rapist, so it has nothing to do with what the woman is wearing on the day or night of the rape.

If you believe in Quran, then Read Surah Al-Ahzab about veil, and keep your mouth shut.

Sorry for chiming in but even without watching the video, just think about the act of sex and rape is sex without the consent of the other party. Sorry for being explicit but in order to perform a sexual act one must be aroused. Obscenity in a society such as ours helps in that arousal process and as I have stated in other posts on this forum, unmet arousals 'may' lead to rape of vulnerable individuals. Now this is one variable which could be controlled but as with human behaviours the complete analysis would have other factors and higher order terms. The western recipe is to open up the society, make strict laws (sometimes abused by women) and de-link sex and marriage. Islamic recipe is to make Nikkah easier, make people dress modestly (not allow flaunting of sexually attractive parts of body) and struggle for taqva.

What you wrote is absolutely right. But rape is committed by a criminal mind. I do get excited when I visit a beach in Sydney but I never thought about raping anyone after visiting a beach. No normal person would think like that. Women should cover themselves it is written in Quran but Quran never links men behaviour or rape with women's veil. So why should we ?
