چیف جسٹس قاسم نے اچانک لاہور کی احتساب عدالتوں کے تمام ججوں کا تبادلہ کردیا ہے اور نئے ججوں کی تقر ری نہیں کی ہے۔ اس کا مطلب یہ ہے کہ اب تمام احتساب عدالتیں بند ہیں اور شریف فیملی کیسز بھی ابھی کے لئے بند ہوگئے ہیں۔

چیف جسٹس قاسم نے ماڈل ٹاؤن کے قتل عام جے آئی ٹی پر اسٹے آرڈر دیا اور سپریم کورٹ کے حکم کے باوجود دو سال سے سماعت نہیں کی۔

آخری سماعت میں شہبازشریف نے احتساب عدالت کے جج سے کیس کو طویل عرصے تک ملتوی کرنے کا کہا ، اس کا مطلب ہے کہ وہ تبادلے کے بارے میں جانتے تھے لہذا اسٹیبلشمنٹ سے ڈیل ہوچکی۔

اب یہ بات واضح ہوگئی ہے کہ اسٹیبلشمنٹ احتساب نہیں چاہتی اور جب تک جنرل باجوہ آرمی چیف ہوں احتساب کا عمل شروع نہیں ہوسکتا۔

احتساب کا عمل روکنے کے لئے اسٹیبلشمنٹ نے نواز کو لندن فرارکروایا۔

I don't understand what is the problem with the army being able to back accountability. What is wrong with them? If you're looking for the best interests of the country, please explain how that plays into it! Sooner or later IK would be in fight with establishment in real terms not like Nawaz or Zardari who appearantly shows that they are againt establishment but behind they break deals with establishment.

Establishment ko power ka chaska laga hoa hai directly or indirectly they want power to exercise. Koi aisa COAS chahiya jo govt ki madad karay bcz intelligence institution kay pass sab record hota hai so why are they keep it hidden, just to block mail politicians.

I think this is unfair and stupid argument that the army doesn’t want accountability. It’s the judiciary guys. IK needs to start legislation to control crook judges and control how judges are appointed and removed.

جس طرح سے بیماری کا جھوٹا ڈرامہ کر کے جنرل باجوہ نے مجرم نواز چیف کو عدالتوں کے زریعے نکلوا یا مجھے تو تب ہی سمجھ آگئ تھی کہ کتی چوروں کے ساتھ ملی ہوئی ہے۔ اب تو لگتا ہے کہ مریم کا جنرل باجوہ اور فیض کو میڈیا اور جلسوں میں گالیا ں دینا بھی نواز چور کی جھوٹی بیماری کی طرح پلان کا حصہ ہے۔

Bhai ye judge kon hotay hain. Ye wohi kali wardi mai dehshat gard wukla hotay hain. Pakistan mai waqeel kon hota hai or kesa hota hai. Jab tak in ki education or training or Morality bahtar nahi ho gi. Mushkil hai

Establishment knows very well that IK would compromise upto certain limits and if establishment crosses the limit, then it would face teh real IK and establishment doesn't want it all.

Establishment also knows that IK is not corrupt so he can't be blackmailed easily

Politics needs a lot of petience and the hell of thinking. Emotional politician are not successful bro... Let IK to play his game.

جو اسٹیبلشمنٹ کے ساتھ لڑنے کا حوصلہ رکھتا ہو وہ پہلے ہی ہتھیار نہیں ڈالتا - جب عاصم باجوہ پر اربوں ڈالر کی چوری کا الزام لگا بمحہ ثبوتوں کے تو خان صاحب کا کام تھا انہیں سی پیک کے چیئرمین کے عہدے سے ہٹاتے اور نیب کو کیس کی تحقیقات کا حکم دیتے - خان صاحب نے خود آرمی کے نیچے لگ کر ہر ادارے کا سرابرہ ایک فوجی کو لگا رکھا ہے کابینہ میں بھی فوج بھری ہے -صوبے میں وزیر اعلی کے بھد چیف سیکٹری سب سے طاقتور ہوتا ہے - تین صوبوں کے چیف سیکٹری بھی فوجی ہیں چوتھے کو عدالت نے ہٹا دیا - جو خود ڈیل کر کے آئے ہوں وہ دوسروں کو ڈیل کا تعنہ دیتے اچھے نہیں لگتے - اگر خان صاحب آرمی کی مدد سے نہیں آئے تو انہیں ہر جگہ آرمی کے لوگ بھرتی کرنے کی کیا ضرورت تھی ؟

IK cannot win even half the seats which he won in 2018. If Khan were sure to get more seats then why he is not holding elections? In 2018 following factors help Khan:
(1) He never had government before and majority thought that it is not harm to give him a chance
(2) Khan's promises made people think that maybe he can fulfil
(3) Army was with Khan and pro-establishment vote went to him
(4) His genuine vote who had high hopes from Khan
None of above is available for Khan anymore. Establishment will support a new puppet; they never bring one person twice.
