Major reforms are required in the judicial system where people can actually see timely justice being delivered to every one ... rich or poor .... weak or powerful. This judiciary clearly favors the rich and powerful as evident from the fact that all the looters are enjoying a luxury life either here or abroad and not a single penny has been recovered from them whilst small time thieves could be waiting behind bars for half of their ages to even appear before a judge.
