Safdur is a retarded................sorry retired officer and can be tried under military laws. I feel very sorry for madam Jugnu Mohsin a very polished daughter of a very noble parents and grandparents. She allegedly took on the onerous task of teaching statecraft, politics and behaviour of the old distinguished families to an offspring of a flower selling pimp of Amritsar. Even by loading a donkey with all the works of philosophers both ancient and modern you cannot transform an ass into a philosopher.
