Such a legislation needs to be passed in Malaysia, Indonesia, which these covert shias are stopping them from passing it. What are you talking about - these are all fantasies - we will never do the right thing which are in fact pretty basic and simple.

You ask whats the reason - the answer is simple too - a little long but simple - the thing is that mostly foriegn powers and anyone and their mother in law can buy top brass of the country either individually or as institution with money - either in the form of personal benifits or threat to cut off future aid - and then in return these foreign powers have installed their moles who let these criminal elements do their bidding in pakistan - all the sectarian outfits like SSP, LJ, Sipah Mohammad, or whatever the new one is on the shia side, they are all funded and directed/run from outside or at least they are given the broader goals. Now lets come to the other simple reason - the other simple reason is that there is a complete breakdown of institutions and accountability in this country. Well, it all started when our brainless, greedy and shallow brothers on both sides - shia and sunni - started doing the bidding of Iran and Saudi arabia in the early 80s....
they were given the directions and money and in some cases training to incite sectarianism in pakistan - they established their schools and funded them to produce the waves of brainwashed idiots who are thirsty for blood on both sides. This a reflection of the state of our society and the breakdown we see in society in general around us and its reflective of that. Killing someone is easy for these dumbos since its easy to pull the trigger or blow themselves up than really immmerse themselves in intellectual discussions and convincing.

These people can't see that Iran and Saudi arabia are now pretty much over the proxy war that they started in our country and have moved on to other disputes but their paid agents are acting as more loyal than the king ...as they dont have a mindset to analyze or think on their own - unless they are directed by some iranian on shia side and some saudi on sunni side these people will carry on killing and threatening each other.

The thing is that both sides dont want to see this and try to counter this argument vehemently as admitting this would take the air out of their arguments.

The other day someone posted a recorded video about an unverified incident from probably a 60/70 years ago to prove how the people in india/pakistan dont take dictation from saudis I found it really funny .....

No law will protect the sanctity of holy personalities of Islam. The law will be misused just like the blasphemy law.
The best solution is that the scholars from Shia school must teach their followers that insulting the companions ra of Muhammad is not the part of shia or sunni beliefs.
Ali ra set the examples of harmony by naming his sons Umar, Usman, and Abu Bakar. Ali ra gave his daughter in Nikah to Umar ra. There are many more examples of inter marriages and brotherhood. Similarly Aisha ra is the spiritual mother of Muslims and Quran is an evidence on her piety.

Scholars should highlight those facts.
