Poll: Should PPP be allowed to gain majority in Senate elections in March?

I would like to know from members if they believe that PPP should be allowed to get majority in the upper house i.e. Senate in March?

1. Yes
2. No.

A little description of your choice would be helpful.

I personally think that if we have allowed the system to take it's course so we might as well let PPP get the majority as it will create a balance in the next assembly. It will also be a good example for future assemblies that a system has been followed and people will make a better choice in the future.

I dont think it will make much difference either way. But if PPP can get majority Senate then good for them

The only way to stop it is to dissolve the Punjab Assembly. I dont think Nawaz Sharif will let the Punjab Assembly be dissolved to stop Senate elections. I dont think he is that brave or that stupid to take that big a gamble

Even if he does, and the government hold new elections on all Punjab Assembly seats, then the big question will be will PML-N take part in these elections.

Now if PML-N members resign from NA too, as far as I know a minimum of 100 members need to resign to force general elections. Nawaz Sharif does not have that number.
