I hate to say that he's right I have watched live T20 and ODI game and was sitting very close to players stand and our players and afridi had no clue/no strategy on how to pace the game. Misbah is no doubt very mature, sensible and responsible cricketer and not one but more than few very experienced cricketers have said that Misbah should lead. He performs well, sets an example for others to follow & seems to have a plan.

Shahid Afridi is a talented but unfortunatley absolutely clueless in his batting or as a leader. For the number of chances that he has been provided is amazing and the number of times he has floundered them is even more amazing. If he were in australian team either he would have gone to the top or gone out long time ago. A person who can not learn can not lead or improve and that seems learned resisitance on the part of this super talented player.
