Re: In Islam did Head of State granted Immunity?

    "In Islam"
Where is that Islam, in which country? Everywhere only in theories. Give
Takbir in the ear of newly born and pray Slaat Janaza, that is all. We so-called
muslims are getting what we deserve, our concept is "wine halal and pork haraam"
and the one who(she) eats that, is like Hagen-Daz. Totally irrelevant question because
first promulgate Islam in its "totality", otherwise just wait-n-see.
    we don't read history
History is always disputed, compiled and written under the influence of one's
own liking and disliking. Even yesterday's event, like "hanging of Bhutto", history
differs a lot? This "reading of history ONLY" brought us to a point of no-return.
and worship the idols of personalities
Could not agree more to that. Specially the "past personalities".
3rd Caliph had a case much bigger than Zardari, and muslims are facing its results to date.
The Muslims should and must realize that "all those who passed have taken their
account with them and they(the present Muslims) should take care of their own deeds" That shall solution everything.

Ask this sick yazeedi mullah about that case and know his worth.
Whatever that case was, it has nothing to do with the present day people. Who did that or did not do that had already gone with their account. Their reckoning is with
their Lord. Unfortunately, the Muslims spend all their life discussing and proving :"why
that personality did, he should have not done this, he should have done this". The results are obvious.

Take care of your present life and worry about your future, otherwise going
on contrary leads to a point of bleak scenario.
Imran must/should never accept any one who has/had been
previously part of the present "status-quo" or affiliated to
any party and switcher of loyalties,
otherwise it will be a political suicide.

The Shirt Zardari is wearing was worn to him by Allah, so no one except Allah has right to remove it.
Who says Head of state doesn't have Immunity.
    sounds familiar....?
dolay shah kay choohay bana dia hay is qaum ko Dr. Israaron nay.

Zardari's deeds are between him and his Lord. let him do whatever he does and when he dies, don't talk about his actions and start over with Bilawal and so on.

    so retarded......

Oscar r u blind. I am saying about "past personality". Zardari is very much in all's
neck and everyone can say him whatever he/she thinks. He is not yet a past personality. first read then jump to conclusion.

dear it is very simple. so called "Islamic system" of mullah doesn't have a concept of accountability.
Khilafat ended due to "trial" of 3rd caliph. (for his "Ehsan" with his tribe. he just installaed his cousines in every single province)
afterwards the way Banu Ummaya captured the country and made a dynasty proved the allegations, but now it is a "sin" to talk about it.
just declare me shia for this....and dig your head in sand.

2:134 That was a community that has passed on. Theirs is what they earned, and yours is what you earn. And you will not be asked about what they did.

53:38 No laden one will bear the load of another.
53:39 Every human being will be responsible for his works, and compensated for, his labor.
53:40 His effort (and not the results) will be seen.
53:41Then he will be fully rewarded for it.
53:42 To your Lord is the final destination. [79:44. Your goal shall be your Lord’s Rule on earth]

    Can I ask from:

Fans of Abu Looluu Farooz (Iranani un-Muslims) - Murderer of Hazrat Umer (R)

Supporters of unknown Murderers (newly converted who accepted Islam because it was the emerging force, poisoned by Ibn-a-Saba’s teaching) of Hazrat Usman (R)

Cousins of Khawarij (Ex Shian-a-Ali) - Martyred Hazrat Ali (R)

Present Generation of Kuffie - Laa Uffi (Kuffie never honour their promise) Cheated Hazrat Hussain (R) in Karbala

What did they contribute to Islam until today? After Muhammad (SAW), His Companions kept the mission on, rest of Arba, Europe, Africa, Asia who introduced Islam – Companions and their generations.

Khilafah did not ended on 3rd, Hazrat Ali (R) is 4th, and Hazrat Hassan (R) also considered 5th in the Last.

I can understand how in past you ppl turned any good move by Khulafa in mess, as you gave Sect Coloer to my post. You are true follower of Ibn-a-Saba he will be proud on you. InshaAllah you end will be with him.

Correct yourself. Islamic system is system of its own. It is you people who
    let the Mullah monopolize it.
Board rules do not permit such type of discussion. Anyhow for your satisfaction, I say that it is neither mine part of faith what 3rd or 4th Khalifa did or did not. I am not their
judge and neither I am going to be asked by my Allah about their deeds. Their reckoning is with their Lord. Only "Past Personality Worshipers" dig such things. and you seem to be one of them, i suppose.
just declare me shia for this....and dig your head in sand.
my two cents, that what you are, shia or whatever, it is none of my business. Unto you your deeds and unto me, mine.

Look you cannot even differentiate between a "Living Personality which is Zardari" and a "past personality", whatelse.?

let lord decide about Zardari's deeds after he dies.
You mean let him plunder the country and then wait for him to die one day and God will punish him. What a philosophy. Magnificent.
God is talking about people who have passed away, and not those who live among us today.
Of course, we must hold them accountable for their actions today.
And brother, I totally agree with you about your views on the Mullah's religion, ie. their understanding of Islam for approx. last thirteen hundred years is a fake version of Islam.
Forged by Abbasi kings and their Persian historians.
I would not start a sectarian debate here, but there are different versions of history.

Zardari should be punished for anything bad he has committed.

but my dear, the Ayat you quoted is about people who passed before that Ayat.
My Point is that muslims have some inherent design problem that allows anybody to do anything and still get away with it in his life and after him.

people like you bring ayaat from quran for coverup during his life, and after his death.

Brother, where do you see coverup in the Ayaat I have referred to in the post above.
You say people like you, but you do no know me at all, how did you come to that conclusion.
Calm down. It is not a quarrel. We are just at the discussion to learn from each other.

    Sorry for being bitter.
2:134 is the most abused ayat throughout history, by hands of muslims.
This ayat is used as an escape route wherever someone doesn't have a logical answer of alleged (or proven) Munafqat, Napotism, Zulm, Corruption, Fisq, Fitna, Fasaad etc.
FYI, people use same ayat to defend Yazeed.
So form "people like you" may not be you, but most of of those quoting this ayat are "mitti paao" group.
