In todays world a superpower means Economic superpower. Weapons are no more required. How much weapons Germany, Japan, Sweden, Denmark, Taiwan or Spain have?
I read in Mac Rae's "THE WORLD IN 2020" that India can NEVER be an economic power for coming 20 years even if it grows at 8 percent annually for 20 years.
