’توہین مذہب کا قانون ختم کردینا چاہیے‘؟

اقوام متحدہ کی کونسل برائے انسانی حقوق کو ایک رپورٹ میں سفارش کی گئی ہے کہ جن ممالک میں توہین مذہب اور مذہب تبدیل کرنے کے خلاف قوانین موجود ہیں ان قوانین کو ختم کردینا چاہیے۔


اقوام متحدہ کے خصوصی ایلچی برائے آزادیِ مذہب نے رپورٹ پیش کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ ان قوانین کو آزادیِ اظہار اور اقلیتوں کے حقوق صلب کرنے کے لیے استعمال کیا جاسکتا ہے۔


کچھ مغربی ممالک میں توہین مذہب کے قوانین موجود ہیں لیکن ان کا اطلاق بہت کم ہوتا ہے۔


چند مسلمان ممالک جیسے سعودی عرب اور پاکستان میں توہین مذہب کی سزا موت ہے۔

If there is any need for such law it has to be for those who have created this situation in the first place. People have misinterpreted and misrepresented islam and gave opportunity to others to use and abuse islam.

Whether the law is there or not. Blasphemy against Allah Taa'ala and Rasul Allah is punishable by death and if the Govt cant punish the perpetrators then it becomes the individual obligation of every Muslim to see justice is served.

Such law and its effective implementation is in favour of the population so that such matters go to courts and people are not forced to take law into thier own hands.

Finally, the punishment of Blasphemy is clearly defined in Sunnah and the opinion of United Nations is worthless in this regard.

توہین تو کسی مذہب کی بھی نہیں ہونی چاہیے .... شائد یہ قانوناً اور اخلاقن رائج بھی ہے ..... لیکن لوگ نفرت میں اندھے ہو کر اس قانون کو توڑتے بھی ہیں ..اور نفرت میں اندھے ہو کر ہی اس کا ناجائز استعمال بھی کرتے ہیں .... لہٰذا کو تیسرا طریقہ ہی دریافت کرنا چاہیے کہ کوئی بھی کسی کے مذہبی جذبات کو برانگیختہ بھی نہ کر سکے... اور اس کا غلط استعمال کر کے دنیا کے سامنے تماشا بھی نہ بن سکے .

(وہی) مشرق اور مغرب کا مالک (ہے اور) اس کے سوا کوئی معبود نہیں تو اسی کو اپنا کارساز بناؤ (۹) اور جو جو (دل آزار) باتیں یہ لوگ کہتے ہیں ان کو سہتے رہو اور اچھے طریق سے ان سے کنارہ کش رہو (۱۰)اور مجھے ان جھٹلانے والوں سے جو دولتمند ہیں سمجھ لینے دو اور ان کو تھوڑی سی مہلت دے دو (۱۱) کچھ شک نہیں کہ ہمارے پاس بیڑیاں ہیں اور بھڑکتی ہوئی آگ ہے (۱۲)

تو اقوام متحدہ سب سے پہلے توہین بادشاہت و ملکہ ، توہین ہولو کاسٹ وغیرہ وغیرہ کو ختم کراۓ


دنیا کی اس نہج پر تربیت کی ضرورت ہے کہ ، ایک دوسرے کے مذاہب ، اور مذہبی جذبات کا احترام کرے ، نا کہ چند جنونیوں کو یہ موقعہ فراہم کیا جاۓ کہ ، وہ دوسروں کے جذبات ، اور مذہبی مقدسات کو رودنتے چلے جائیں ،

I think we cannot remove any law dealing with sanctity of ALLAH SWT and All the Prophets as people like you still exist in this world.
