I don't think it has anything to do with blood relations. Because on many accounts, we have heard that Son was not like Father. Take examples of Prophets, sahabas and many other everyday incidents. It would be more relevant and appropriate if we say that an upbringing of a child is to be blamed. What your parents teach you and what your friends and other family members teach you.

So, whatever Zardari had taught him, he will continue with that legacy.

If that's the case, then no new born babies are clean. They are born corrupt if their parents are corrupt. Right? (according to your logic). There's a reason that two twins may be identically similar, but if one commits murder, the other doesn't exactly do the same.

Genetics only pass DNA signature ... not ideas or thoughts. Corruption is an idea ... not something which passes on through blood. What I'm saying is ... Zardari made Bilawal like him not because of his blood... but because of his teachings.
