Awam in Malakand joining PPP in big numbers

PESHAWAR: Provincial Minister for Finance Mohammad Humayun Khan said that PPP was the only representative party of the poor. He said that his party believed in practical efforts rather than only mere slogans.

Provincial minister was addressing the party members in the welcome party arranged for newly joined PPP's members in Kohisar Baba area of Malakand on Saturday.

Engineer Humayun said that the number of two hundreds political workers quit from different parties and joined PPP showed that this party was the only hope for them. He added that other party members were too elected as minister form Malakand but none of those have accomplished quarter of developmental projects that initiated by PPP in the area.

Provincial minister claimed that he had completed record developmental projects in the area with scare resources by the time when he was Nazim of the area.

MALAKAND (APP): Chairman District Development and Advisory Committee, MPA Muhammad Ali Shah Baacha on Saturday said that joining of PPP by large number of people has endorsed the fact that party is true representative of masses and credits unprecedented sacrifices for upholding their rights against all odds.

Addressing a ceremony at Muhammad Pate Nawakali, to welcome the new party entrants, he said that remarkable increase in popularity graph of PPP is clear proof of its dedication and commitment towards people and unflinching approach to continue democracy in the country.

On the occasion a large number of workers of various parties led by elders Sameeullah Khan, Niaz Muhammad, Jamal Shah, Irshad Khan announced to join PPP. Baacha appreciated new party members for reposing confidence on PPP leadership and said that they would be respected and consulted in all important party matters.

He said that whole infrastructure of the area has been transformed owing to the accomplishment of record developmental work and the process would continue despite unfavorable conditions and financial constraints.

He urged people to forge unity among their files and ranks against politicians wants to deceive people and said that those elements should be judged by their performance and sincerity rather false and unpractical claims to mislead masses.

PESHAWAR: People’s Student Federation (PSF) celebrated 24th birthday of the Chairman of Pakistan People’s Party Bilawal Bhutto Zardari on Saturday. According to the detail a ceremony was held at the University of Peshawar in which hundred of members of PSF participated. On the occasion PSF Information secretary Faheem Khattak said that Pakistan People’s Party Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari is a talented youth who have all the skills and abilities like her martyred mother Shaheed Muhtarma Benzir Bhutto and like his father Asif Ali Zardari to run the affairs of the country in best possible manner. Faheem Khattak also said that Bilawal Bhutto Zardari will follow the foot steps of his martyred mother and his father and will lead the country in the near future.
Latter on, the student’s cut a cake to celebrate the occasion. They also chanted slogan in favor of Bilawal Bhutto Zardari.
