LAW is divided into two aspects 1) Substantive Law 2) Procedural Law
If the difference between two is understood, Hope The Contradiction in the above videos will be Cleared.


1)In this English Denmark Video Dr tahir ul qadri is talking about the Procedural law which was never Consulted with Him.
2)In the Previous Urdu Video Dr tahir ul qadri is talking about the Substantive law, Due to his efforts, this Islamic Law was incorporated in Pakistan.


And the Next Issue was 1) Blasphemy Law is Applicable/ not applicable to Non Muslim.


1)Blasphemy law is applicable only on Muslims. --- Inspite of Being Hanafi in Fiqh Dr Tahir ul qadri is against its Hanafi View.
2)Blasphemy Law is Not applicable on Non Muslim --- This is the Clear Cut Opinion of Hanafi Fiqh, which Dr tahir ul qadri is Quoting, Whereas the Other Three Aimmah gave the Opinion against this hanafi Ruling.

That's correct he's not behind the law (procedural) because he was neither a Parliamentarian nor an advisor to the dictator Zia. He's just taking the credit that this law's substantive aspect is actually based on the Court Judgement 'influenced' by my arguments !!!!

I fully agree with @Lushahz ....people either because of their ignorance of legal aspect of the law Substantive part & Procedural Part or due to their jealousy with Dr.Tahir ul Qadri that despite of all ill-efforts of spreading disinformations & wrong blames , he is still getting progess day in & day out....before his research works werer only highly appreciated and accepted at indo-pak subcontinent but now during his last few years stay in Europe , he is now well known in all over the world.....english speaking community refer him as a authority in Islam......true representative of Islam as a peace all over the world..........his network in more than 90 countires speaks itself....

Regarding current disinformation, I am surprised why people are not understnding a simple thing that the video they are sharing is just tampered one made with short clips taken out of context from entirely different situations and backgrounds....and even central point iwas that Dr.Tahir ul Qadri was defending and admitting his argumental & reasoning based role in blasphemy law that resulted in "Substantive Part" of the law as a death penalty not only in Pakistan but before European media & press...that was really impressive and encouraging...

Taking bits and pieces of various clips tied together with bad translations to make a misleading video is quite low behaviour really. Unfortunately, this is what the Qadiyani kafirs have done by creating this clip. Lack of fear of one's Creator is what leads to such actions (like the people involved in the video against our Prophet (`alayhis-salatu was-salam)). I'm quite surprised that a person forwarding such rubbish is on my mailing list. Anyway, for your information, there are no contradictions. Sayyidi Shaykh ul Islam was involved with the Substantive Law of blasphemy and had reservations about the Procedural Law. This is what is clear from the original videos. Anyone who knows the "A, B, C" of law understands this and would really consider the maker of such a video to be a complete ignoramus.
