Based on what I have read, this would be a civil case in Canada unless there has been a crime committed. And I do not see any crime according to the Criminal Procedure of Canada.

Since north America is a Jewish or Jewish driven law country, a guy can really be ruined because in Judaism, MOM IS IT. I have been working in the Child Support systems since 1987, I have become somewhat accustomed with how they do things.

Child support can really ruin a guy. I knew one guy who was running State to State because he owed over $300,000 in arrears child support payments. He was caught when he tried to renew his driver's license. Now, not paying a child support is a crime but getting laid with any one IS NOT A CRIME in Western culture, go figure.

Please let us call spade a spade.I know there are many good persons in all parties, PMLN does also have some of those.But I does not agree with their politics and you might be, no issue.
But regarding PMLN leaders are intimidated ,please give me a break. Though as a fellow Pakistani I will invite you to PTI where you can become chairman of this party in just 2 months if you can win over hearts of party members, unlike in a party which will be lead by Maryam Nawaz in few years and then might be capt safdar will be its sole counselor from a Raiwind UC.

Ayesha might be presented in an anti-terrorism court today (Tuesday).
On the other hand, police have released Mah-e-Noor (17), daughter of Ayesha Iqbal. Ayesha’s Filipino servant Suzi Bakeeni had filed a first information report against her at Defence A Police Station, Lahore, claiming that she and her daughter Mah-e-Noor had kidnapped her brother Jozef and were demanding ransom. However, Ayesha and her daughter had got their interim bail.

Two things are clear from this report, Ayesha claims she had Nikkahnama and that she had been accused of kidnapping because of political interference and pressure. This makes it a criminal matter without shadow of a doubt. A FIR should be registered against Hamza and case investigated by the police. I remember she said she was beaten up as well, I can dig that report if you wish.

LAHORE: A local court on Friday ordered to publish all previous orders summoning PML-N leader and MNA Hamza Shahbaz, son of Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif on application filed by Ayesha Ahad Malik.
Civil Judge Ghulam Murtaza placed this order and adjourned hearing till September 18. The court also summoned Dr Rabia with whom Hamza Shahbaz wanted to marry.
In the previous hearing of the case, the court issued notice to the respondents but no one appeared in the court, neither the respondents nor their counsel.
The petitioner of the case, Ayesha Ahad Malik said she was his wife and legally he was bound to ask her about his marriage with any other lady. She said he played with her life and was ignoring her and even denied of being her husband. Ayesha, the daughter of PML-Q former MPA Ahad Malik, challenged the likely marriage of Hamza Shahbaz and Dr Rabia,
The petitioner prayed to the court to stop Hamza from contracting other marriage with Dr Rabia.

You have to understand, a person cannot approach the courts on the basis that he/she is married to so and so. They can only approached the courts when they want a divorce from that person. Or if a wrong has been done to them. Getting married is not a crime, so Ayesha cannot approach the court saying she is married to Hamza unless she wants divorce. On the other hand she can approach the courts for the reason above case is launched to stop Hamza getting married again. This is a civil case.

To frame her in false kidnapping case or beating her up both are criminal offences, for that Hamza should be investigated after FIR is registered against him.

But you and I both know it wouldn't happen.

A Journalist said on the orders of HC Ayesha's medical was carried out, they press has seen the medical report proving Ayesha was beaten up with sticks. Ayesha said in response nothing happened after that and she came to know through TV news the MS was suspended.

A complete case of torture, bodily and mental abuse can be made from the medical evidence available. But nothing has happened instead the MS is suspended. Which is abuse of power directly by Shahbaz Sharif. Do you still think no criminal case should be registered against Hamza and full investigations carried out?
I think criminal case should be against Shahbaz too, to use his powers to conceal and destroy the evidence against his son.
