Dr. Faqeer Mohammad also considers himself as a judge of SC. He is an employee of the Govt of Pakistan and he should be audited and no one should hinder this.

I really salute @mazher Malik and @SHAHEED Choudry for their principle stand irrespective of their political or other affliation,thats the way,we still believe their is hope inshahallah if these kind of people come forward its not far we will see bright Pakistan future.

Maybe Chan Pan Tind should also look into real scandals like Ephidirne,Fertilizer, Spectrum,NICL,LPG quota,RPP's.....Ya CJ ki garhi ki tank ka petrol check kart rahay ga....

First they were harrasing the registrar to appear in front of JIT in the Arslan Iftikhar cae. SC rejected Arslan plea to stop the investigation. Lol God knows why?
Then when Arslan team showed cctv footage it beacme clear the probe included ppl working for Riaz Bahria it was stopped till the issue was cleared.

According to the statement, on July 31 CCTV footage was shown in court and “vide order of the same date, it was noted that one member of the JIT, namely Faisal Bashir Memon, was seen sticking close to Malik Riaz extending undue protocol to Malik Riaz and then escorting him and acting almost as a personal security employee of Malik Riaz”.
“It is for this reason that Faisal Bashir Memon was required to explain his position and the inquiry was stopped to make sure that it is not tainted with bias,” the statement said.

Now PPP are using PAC to get to the SC. In fact its worse they want to use Parliment to control SC budget. If you control Budget you in effect control the instituition. What if tommorow they decide to stop the budget to entire SC.
The constituition is clear a parlimentry commitee cannot look into SC Budget. Just like SC cant interfere with the Parlimentry process.

Meanwhile, in response to a letter written by former PAC chairman, Ch Nisar Ali Khan, the apex court has through a detailed answer defended its right of not appearing before the committee for regularisation of its expenditures.
“The remuneration payable to the judges of the Supreme Court — Article 81 (a) — and administrative expenses, including the remuneration payable to officers and servants of the court —Article 81 (b)— are amounts which are charged upon the federal consolidated fund and same are not paid out of the public accounts of the federation,” said the SC in its response to the PAC.
The apex court further explained that since the National Assembly had no oversight role on expenditures charged upon the federal consolidated fund, which were duly covered under Article 82 (1) of the Constitution, the PAC, being part of the parliament, could not call the SC registrar to appear before the committee.

The constitution is crystal clear on this issue. The SC budget is not from the Public Accounts but the Federal Consolidation fund. Only The Fedral government has any oversight on the consolidation fund.

Custody, etc., of Federal Consolidated Fund and Public Account.The custody of the Federal Consolidated Fund, the payment Or moneys into that Fund, the withdrawal of moneys therefrom, the custody of other moneys received by or on behalf of the Federal Government, their payment into, and withdrawal from, the Public Account of the Federation, and all matters connected with or ancillary to the matters aforesaid shall be regulated by Act of ^[76] [Majlis-e-Shoora (Parliament)] or, until provision in that behalf is so made, by rules made by the President.

82. Procedure relating to Annual Budget Statement.(1) So much of the Annual Budget Statement as relates to expenditure charged upon the Federal Consolidated Fund may be discussed in, but shall not be submitted to the vote of, the National Assembly.

Chan Pan Tind should worry about the massive corruption in Public accounts and read the bloody Constitution that his party made. Agar PPP still has kuruj they can
1. Make a case and go to the SJC
2. Change the constitution via 2/3 majority.
3. Ask their PM Raja rental to stop all funds to SC via the Federal Consolidation Fund.

What is the purpose of this Drama Bazi if the constitution is so clear on the issue.....
