I think Asad Umer is well educated having proven professional background but Leaders have other traits as well for instance We cannot make someone a Leader, A Leader has God gifted Qualities and characteristics like He has Charisma, Vision, Commitment, Perseverance, Farsightedness and Braveness. And most importantly the ability to convey his message and persuade people in order to achieve the desired goals.
