The Strongest Ever Case Against the Presidential Immunity: Seems to be Last Nail in the Coffin of Un-Islamic Law of Immunity

The plea taken against the immunity law is the strongest ever. As there can be no law in the country which is against Quran-O-Sunnah . It shouldn't take much time to root this unIslamic law out of the constitution of Pakistan. What is UR take?

No Judge has Immunity......Supreme Judicial Council is the institution for their accountability.

whether they do it or not, it is a separate discussion...
1st thing 1st, at least this is a good step to be taken... later you can do some amendments on Judiciary's accountability...

No offense but I think court needs proof...
or instead you could amend the law in a way that this privilege to ruler class is not a problem to non-privileged. Now, to be honest, I don't know what is the solution but it can be done.

Laws of any kind that gives imunity to anyone who is commiting fraud/crime/anti islamic activity/favourtism to his kins/wasting Nations money on uselss trevaling is going against Islamic laws, all must be law abiding citizens, be those presidant or pauper, so constitution must be reflective of Pakistan being an Islamic country, and any laws that are non Islamic must be strck down.
