Sunni tehrek followers are in a HUGE majority in pakistan... in last election, sunni tehreek was not in politics.. its just since last 2 years they decided to go into politics...n they support PTI now... this is huge..

ver body in sanity and descent character should be allowed in the party.
You can be secular while being a GOOD MUSLIM . Please let us not super impose religion on siasat.
It would be disastrous. Already we have suffered from the Ziaism and unimaginable losses.
Secularism doesn't stop you from practising the best of Islamic values.
We don't and should not be making big deal of word "Secular"

I totally diasagree with you PTI's fundemental ideology is that Pakistan is an Islamic state, it is not a secular state. I am against religious extremism, this extremism has zero loyalty to Pakistan. Imran has welcomed other faith groups to join PTI, he is not against them. If you want a secular state you are living in the wrong country go to India.

We are believers of the 'Two nation theory' and believe in the creation of Pakistan as an Islamic country.

I always notice that the participants of PTI consist of various types persons.some of them
are religious minded and some of them are dancing.Some women are wearing veils while
others are modern and without any veil. I welcome all types of people in PTI.Imran Khan

In a dramatic development and consistent with PTI’s Islamist, right-wing inclinations, Mufti Abdul Qavi, a conservative Mullah of Pakistan, announced to join PTI in a crowded press conference. The press conference was held in presence of Imran Khan, Javed Hashmi, Shah Mehmood Qureshi and others.
Imran Khan’s political party Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) enjoys support of numerous right-wing parties and individuals including but not limited to the Sipah-e-Shaba Pakistan (SSP aka ASWJ-LeJ), Taliban, Jamaat-ud-Dawa (aka Lashkar-e-Taiba) and Jamaat-e-Islami.
Mufti Abdul Qavi is the latest addition to the long list of pro-Imran Khan mullahs.
Imran Khan has often stated that he wants to make Pakistan an Islamic State and would like to implement Islamic Sharia in the country in the footsteps of Mullah Omar led Taiban government in Afghanistan.

By the way, Mufti Abdul Qavi is the same mullah who was tutored by Veena Malik on ‘ghairat’. In a talk show broadcasrt last year, Mufti Qavi had admonished Veena Malik to examine her conscience for her immoral behavior on a popular Indian reality TV show, telling her she had “disgraced Pakistan, as well as Islam.” Qavi later admitted he had never watched Malik’s show.
