President’s immunity and dual posts challenged in SC

ISLAMABAD: President Asif Ali Zardari’s immunity and dual posts held by him were challenged in the Supreme Court on Monday, DawnNews reported.
Advocate Mahmood Akhtar Naqvi has filed a petition against the immunity and dual positions held by the President.
The petitioner has referred to Article 43 of the constitution of Pakistan and said that president of the country cannot hold two offices.
President Asif Ali Zardari is also serving as the co-chairman of Pakistan People’s Party (PPP).
Naqvi is of the view that holding two offices is wrong on President Zardari’s part.

Why this Presidential immunity is not challenged on the constitutional basis that "No. law can be made which contradicts Shariah or Deen-e-Islam" as there is no immunity for any ruler.....take the examples of Hazrat Umar-e-Farooq and Hazrat Ali Ul Murtaza Sher-e-Khuda .

Because the western jamhooriat is a Free Masonic way of governance, it insulates head of states from prosecution so they can bring in any changes to favor the Masons and get away with it. By the time people realize president's kartoot, its too late.

in short, immunity is a shield of protection against wrongdoings.

He can also be sacked for incompetence, ineptness and for his past notorious reputation as embezzlers and deceit.

He holds the highest office in the land and should set an example in honesty, sincerity, righteousness, good character, hard work and patriotism. He lacks all these qualities that makes him unfit and incapable to be president of Pakistan and eligible for a sack.

This president or any other president in the future should not be exempt from criminal prosecution, impeachment and the constitution should be amended to allow this kind of immunity.

Though it seems that, Zardari's days are numbered. but whenever he will be kicked out of the president house. they very next day, he will not be in Pakistan .
I wish that, next parliament (where I hope PTI will be in majority) should amend the constitution and take away the immunity from the president, So that we could avoid crooks like him who exploit our political system and come in power.
It was a surprising though sad for me, when I got to know that, When money laundary is being taught in the schools as a subject here in France. the three major case studies are discussed in that course. Two case studies are from Pakistan (Zardari swiss bank case and Nawaz shareef money laundaring case).

The Constitution should also be amended to hang this kind of crooks, criminals and embezzlers. they should never be allowed to hold any office let alone the highest office in the land. They bring disgrace, shame and insult to country's integrity, dignity and honour.

Unfortunately, these criminals Pakistani politicians have no shame or were never born with it. They are simply shameless, faceless, toothless and shiatans.
