Yes you are right. Noon League govt. main I will argue like you. and Noon Leaguiye will argue like me.

But apart from our biases and prejudices ... My points are more logical.

secondly I am not asking to do qurbani of constitution. I am asking for such amendments in constitution which will make it logically more accurate...!!!

I don't need to read because I already pondered alot on this issue. In my opinion final authority should rest with parliament and not with Supreme Court. And if CJ is found corrupt then there must be a constitutional method to remove such a CJ.

FYI there is a check-n-balance system in every country otherwise institutions would go crazy if given absolute power.

Go study first and then come here to comment.

Ji constitution ki he final authority hoti hai. Parliament ne bhi constitution ko follow karna hota hai aur judiciary ne bhi.

Aur regular matters main Judiciary ne he constitution ko explain ya interpret karna hota hai.

Lakin in case there comes a direct clash between parliament and Judiciary regarding interpretation of constitution.

Then parliament MUST have first right to interpret constitution. This is what I mean by "Supremacy of Parliament"

Actually judiciary ka koi "right" nahi hota k wo constitution ko interpret kare. Ye Judiciary ki "duty" hoti hai k wo regular needs k waqt constitution ko interpret kare.

Lakin agar kabhi Judiciary aur parliament ka direct clash ban jaye regarding interpretation ... then it is the RIGHT of parliament to give interpretation.

Institutions are already crazy ... rather funny. And you will understand only when water will rise above your neck ... like Aitzaz also started to understand and Asma Jahangir understood already.

1. PPP will blackmail Nawaz Shareef 'vote for this resolution or else I will blow the whistle on your corruptions' and NS will wag his tail like a obedient dog. How do you think Zardari obtained 'friendly opposition' so far?

الامان الحفیظ if he is really secretly supporting PPP behind the scene. Asking PMLN to resign is suspicious and gives way to the thought of conspiracy in support of the PPP

Agar Nawaz ko army ka dar naheen hota tou shaiyad yeh bhee kar jata. As for now, government still cannot remove CJP even if they get 2/3 majority. First the people of Pakistan and army is behind CJP and secondly any law they make will have to go through Supreme court which will have the final say on how it is going to be implemented.

Yes you are right. For this reason I am also against so called ban on "Horse Trading". By putting this ban ... political party heads have only ensured their dictatorship in party. When individual members cannot disagree with Party leadership then what is their role in parliament...???

There should have been some other right treatment of the phenomenon of horse trading.
