A comb and a pen are not equal but have different jobs to do. The reason for seperation during salat is so that worshippers are not distracted by someone from the opposite gender who they may find attractive thus lose focus on Allah whilst praying.
Islam was completed during life so nothing can now be added or deleted rather it's our inferior understanding that causes such problems. Women have plenty off rights in Islam perhaps even more then men but some are never happy instead just want to make an arguement out of every issue.

Things like a lack of room can be easily solved if all are willing to compromise, it's not really an Islamic issue. It's for men and women too keep their seperate area's nice and clean because one rarely enters the place of another.

Do we have any example that our beloved Prophet Muhammad prayed alongside his wives or other Muslims women in the same mosque. NO.

Neither did any of the Khulfa-e-Rashideen.

There shouldn't be any discussion on this.
