bro,may Allah give ajar 4 ur efforts...
democracy is kufar has many evidences, u particularly mentioning "majority" issue indeed Allah has touched every topic, subhanallah!
as our aqeeda is ,we r obliged to obey Allah, n in many ayas Allah tells not to follow desires of ppl n obey Allah, and ALLAH says " no man or woman has right to decide on a matter wen Allah has decided about it!"
and Allah says " hukm to sirf allah ka hai".....

Interesting subject. All subscribes have been upset and scornful: Is it democracy preached.
First lesson of democracy is respect of others' views, tolerance- whether you like them or not.
U find mullas' yelling on each other five times a day without regard notwithstanding, there is any one sick, a student preparing for exams or some body trying to sleep or relax after long days hard work. Don't tell me me these mullas and 95 % illiterate, jahil crowds are wrong.
5% so called SAMAJDAR and literate should go away and live in dens/jungles.
Good luck; you are not going any where, this is our destiny.

jahan tak dastoor ka taluq hai woh to khudaa ke siwaa ka haq hi nahin hai haan khudaa ne khud hi insaanu ko haq diya hai keh woh us ke diye hue usoolun ke mutaabiq qawaneen banaayen.
jo qawaneen log basaboot khudayee usoolun ke mutaabiq banaayen woh khudaa ke qawaneen hi tasawwur hun ge.
Allah ke halaalo haraam ko bila daleel apni taraf se idhar udhar karna khilaafe islam hai kyunkeh is islam ka maqsad hi fot ho jaata hai.
asal behs yeh hai jis cheez ko log halal yaa haraam kehte hen kia woh qurani usoolun ke teht halaalo haram saabit ki jaa sakti hai? maslan nahaq kisi ko qatal kar dena haraam hai. is baat main to koi shak kar hi nahin sakta keh aisa karna ghalat hai magar jab ham is baat ka itlaaq karen kisi waaqe par to phir ham ko uljanu ka saamna ho ga. yani agar kisi ne kisi ko qatal kar diya hai to ab uljhan is baat main ho gi ke aaya yeh qatal nahaq tha ya jaaiz.
isi tarah har aik qanoon bhi zaroori nahin hai ke woh drust akhaz kiya gayaa ho. maslan murtad ke qatal ka maamla. is main na qanoon ko drust saabit kiya jaa sakta aur na hi is qanoon ke itlaaq ke baare main asaani se kisi saaf saaf nateeje per pohncha jaa sakta hai.
isi liye qanooni behsen asaan nahin hen ke har koi uth kar doosre per fatwe lagaata phire.
aaj hamaare samne khud yeh masla bana huwa hai keh court ki kia hesiyat hai aur parliament ki kia hesiyat aur bade bade mareene qanoon uljhan main hen.
abhi tak kisi molvi ne bhi koi mashwara nahin diya keh baladasti kis ko hai. yaheen pohnch kar pata chalta hai koi kitne paani main hai.
Dear wadaich, you have raised a very important point. division if based upon negative discrimination then it is exactly as you stated and that is what is wrong with western democracy because it began on the basis various parties with various conflicting interests eg industrialists' party v labourers' party. but concept of majority rule in itself is not wrong ie if the main interest is freedom, justice, fairness, compassion, brotherhood, progress and prosperity for sake of peace between all involved then matters can be decided based upon majority decisions. It is because values and principles are important upon which decisions are required or based. So long as we have discrimination for positive reasons ie organisational and management purposes then it is fine.
No dear 1 ummah, democracy does not equal islam but democracy as a rule based upon majority decision is fine because that is the right given to people by Allah. For example, we cannot force convert people to islam and likewise we cannot form or implement any laws without majority accepting them. We have history as a witness that people never abide by laws they do not like and they cannot be enforced either because we can never have 24x7 watch over every individual. So people who do not like a law they will break it especially when there is no one watching them.
This is why it is stupid even think about forcing people into doing something against their will never mind calling such a silly idea islamic. islamic democracy is free of personal interests because it is community based system rather than individualism. I was just talking about democracy as a decision making process or mechanism but thanks for helping me clear the confusion.
regards and all the best.
as if the current system is not by force n we r very happily accepting all the tax,it is withour FREE will we are being bombed,we agreed to have rulers who we know do nothing but credit their accounts around the world!
we do let the gov implement laws what ever they want coz they have power not we,the only option is rebel!!! (as/or they are corrupt)
we are muslims we agree to live according to islam
a very few %age of who finds islam eu! but they will abide !
democracy today is not in its pure "true" form besides the very fact its against our aqeeda n is kufr/shirk!..
it was a revolution as result of zulm of monarchy ppl decided to change this 1 man dictatorship, n give ppl the power to have rules which they mutually agree for n so on!
rules are broken in every systen and in every time! thats y Allah HAS GIVEN PUNISHMENTS TO BE IMPLEMENTED (like rest of rules,n no pick n choose is allowed, nor partial implementation allowed)
n we shud keep in mind AQEEDA! islamic system is such a system which purifies hearts,as socity and education etc will be accordingly..
n when u say "we cannot convert ppl by force"...this is rule by Allah, we didnt decided we wont do this!
n rules wen given by Allah have to be forced!
when ur kid wants to play with fire u wont give him "freedom" to do so! similar is islam Allah ki baat as Allah subhanawatalla says; u might dislike somthing we command or like somthing forbiden! but ur aql is mehdood, so in front of Allah's decisions ur is as nuksandeh n foolish as adult n kid..!
leme tell u today u trade with india, besides apparent conditions n all r not gud 4 us, it is haram, to have contract/treaty with those who are in war with muslims...in case u forgot.. india is openly on war, killing n invading muslims n islamic land...
just trying to tell how majority allowed wat Allah declared haram..
democrcy is free will bul...t but islam is will to Allah's COMMANDS!! n thats y democrazy is haram!
