SC issues interim order in Balochistan case ... Puraney truck ki naye baatti

Islamabad: The Supreme Court of Pakistan on Friday issued interim order in a case pertaining to law and order situation and human rights violation in Balochistan.A three-judge bench headed by chief justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry and comprising Justice Jawwad S. Khuwaja and Justice Khilji Arif Hussain, was hearing the case.The court directed principle secretary to the prime minister to meet the president and convene a meeting of defence and interior secretaries.( wah wah wah kya judgement hai ) The court ordered him to present a clear version of the government on how to resolve the issue after discussing it in the meeting.The SC noted that it showed restraint and patience over implying article-6 o the Constitution in the case.The hearing was adjourned till June 6. Earlier, the SC asked that cases of missing persons should be lodged against the Inspector General Frontier Corps.The bench expressed displeasure over the absence of the IG FC in the court.

its a total executive issue,,,, SC can only direct govt,,,, wo kya order dy,,,,, jin ko ewaan tak pohnchaya un ka kam hai mamilaat ko tek krna,,,, faisla karo k balochistan me separist moment ko kuchalna hai ya phir muzakiraat krny hain,,,, 2 he rasty hain,,,, lekin govt bhokla gye hai,,, kuch nahi kr sakti ye govt,,,, they should resign,,,,, CJ ka kya qusor meray bhai,

Jis Supreme Court ka CJ hi aik aankh sy kana ho ga, us ko kya nazar aye ga aur kya faisla sunaye ga

If it is total executive issue then SC you not poke his nose in it in the first place .. same they did with khi ... after such hype what is the out come ??? Sc ka qasoor ya hai jo bhe co-oprate ka ker raha hoon us pay comment na karain 37 sec ki he sahi saza dain ... SC ka kaam qanoon ki bala dasti qayam karna hai aur woh tab hogi jab SC Iftikhar choudhry ki tarah act karay jamsheed dasti ki tarha nahi ... aap disagree ker saktey hain ... lakin tree is known by its fruit not by color and presentation ....

Another disappointment.. There should be a clear verdict against intelligence agnecies..
