More mistakes in detailed verdict: Aitzaz (kya supreme bar council soo rahe hai ??/)

Islamabad: Pakistan’s Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani’s counsel Barrister Aitzaz Ahsan on Tuesday said that there are more mistakes made in the detailed verdict of the Supreme Court than in the short order issued on April 26.
Ahsan severally criticised the detailed judgment of the apex court over contempt of court against the prime minister issued today.
“I am not satisfied with the verdict,” he added.
The Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) leader vowed to present concrete evidences in front of the court when the prime minister will decide to file an appeal against the verdict.
He said the honourable judges should not have exceeded limits over the issue of ethics and morality.
“There are more mistakes made in the detailed verdict to overcome the previously made mistakes in the short order,” said the PM’s counsel.
He pointed out that several “leads” have been found in today’s verdict which will be helpful in appealing against the judgment.
Ahsan prohibited himself from further commenting on the verdict however he said that short orders can not be given in criminal trials.

He is damn right. In fact the whole system of Justice is worthless in its current form. Unless PPP core committee will be given powers to interpret constitution in detail, Faisal Raza Abidi will be aiming guns over heads of SC judges and Gilani will be accepted as God gifted living saint of Pakistan, there will not be any ray of hope for Pakistan.

Aitzaz ia 100% right. It looks that Judges have become party.PPP is getting sympthies bcz of their stupid decisions.They should take up alligations against
CJ son also to show that they are doing justice.
