Ghous Ali Shah invites Uzair Baloch ( successor of Rehman Daket ) to join PML-N

Karachi: Former Chief Minister Sindh and Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) Leader Ghous Ali Shah met Sardar Uzair Baloch, leader of banned outfit Peoples Aman Committee (PAC), in Lyari, an old society of Karachi, sources said on Monday.

The sources said that Ghous Ali Shah invited Uzair Baloch to join PML-N.

Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Leader Habib Jan Baloch and other representatives of Lyari were also present in the meeting.The two leaders also discussed issues regarding the recent operation in Lyari and formation of an alliance of different parties in the city.It is to be mentioned here that leaders of PAC and PPP in Lyari criticised PPP government in Sindh regarding the recent operations in Lyari, a strong hold of PPP.

MQM's involvement is not an unknown thing ...

but depicting PAC as hero organization shows that respected comment poster has born-hatred towards MQM n nothing.

Uzair Jan Baloch of PAC is a known drug dealer and bhatta khor of Karachi.....

he is actually gaddi-nasheen of Rehman Daket who turned against Nabeel Gabol as he wanted to contest elections from lyari bypassing nabeel gabol...

Rehman Daket was later killed by Police in PPP current tenure , it is said that he was killed on wishes of Nabeel Gabol....

Now Uzair Jan Baloch and his associated drug dealers like Baba Ladla , Jhengoo collect million of rupees of bhatta from Karachi markets....

no doubt that MQM is also part of this "dhanda" and they also collect bhatta from markets , but saying that people of Lyari are innocent is just .......... ignorance ....

In lyari , even women sell drugs in front of their door steps and whenever police tries to grab them they start shouting that "its against Lyari" ....



Its very good action by police , and i also appreciate similar action in MQM , ANP , Sunni Tehreek , JSQM pockets in KHI , they all are involved in these gang wars...

If they think that by killing people in Lyari will bring peace in Karachi .. they certainly reside on a different planet.

Following must be done sincerely if they are sincere towards peace and Pakistan's development:

1. Take steps against corruption, without fear or favor this disease of corruption should be eradicated
2. De-weaponize the whole country - the gift of AK47 culture given to us by Zia should be reversed. Again without fear or favor.
3. Specially in Karachi put a ban on all political activities (yes you read me correctly). Emergency be declared in Karachi against Bhattakhori, drugs and weapons.
4. Place a ban on foreign passport holders to lead parties
5. SC's order on eradicating no-go areas should be implemented
6. Hardened criminals in prisons should be dealt with e.g. saulat mirza should be hung and others should not be given preferential treatment
7. Police should be stronger - this is where I think ex-army officials can be inducted (instead of other civilian institutions). Increase in Police pay should be done without delay

There are many other things that can be done .. but this can be a good start.. otherwise random operations will achieve nothing except making the situation worse.

My point if you read the whole post again - without the glowing biasness that you seem to hold - is that only an operation in a particular area of Karachi will NOT bring peace in the city. It will only make things worse ..
