Imran expressed these views while talking to the media at Allama Iqbal International Airport on his return from Quetta on Sunday after holding a public moot there.
Prominent among the PTI leaders present on the occasion include Shah Mehmood Qureshi, Khursheed Kasuri, Mian Mehmood-ur-Rasheed, Zaheer Abbas Khokhar, Shahid Zulfikar, Ishtiaq Malik, Fouzia Kasuri, Ibrar-ul-Haq, Jehangir Tareen and Bushra Bhatti.
He said that critics of the PTI who were claiming that Imran’s tsunami brought by General Pasha should not forget party’s major public moot in Quetta, adding that no mainstream political force dared to hold a public gathering in the volatile province.
He said that PTI has made a big achievement by holding the moot in Quetta and challenged PPP Co-Chairperson Asif Zardari and PML-N Chief Nawaz Sharif to make public contact in Balochistan if they really believe in solving the issues of Baloch people.
The PTI Chief said that the issue of Balochistan should be settled politically instead of utilising military option.
He added that national anthem was not being sung by the children in schools of Balochistan but the PTI not only once again sounded the national anthem but also raised the flag there in the unstable province.
On this occasion, he while commenting over the issue of troops’ withdrawal from Siachen said that both India and Pakistan should withdraw at the same time. Imran alleged that country was being run by criminal minds, as the person involved in rental power case has been made federal minister.
He said that the rulers were not ready to implement the orders of the Supreme Court, however the masses were standing by the apex court directions.
Imran said that next elections would be contested between the opportunist political parties and force of change, which started tsunami of change last year. The PTI Chief said that the destination of next wave of tsunami would be Rawalpindi and it would reach its next destination in May.
He claimed that Prime Minister wanted to render sacrifice to save the thieves but the time to befool the masses is over and he would not be able to trick the people. Commenting over the tragic incident of deaths of passengers in plane crash at Chaklala Airport, he demanded immediate and transparent inquiry into the accident and making the inquiry committee’s report public.
