The High Court of Dhaka on Thursday halted for four weeks Bangladesh's planned tour to Pakistan.

It also questioned the legality of the Bangladesh Cricket Board s (BCB) decision to send Bangladesh cricketers on a short trip to Pakistan.The two teams were scheduled to play a one-day series on Apr 29 and a Twenty20 international the next day at Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore.It ordered the sports secretary, National Sports Council chief and Bangladesh Cricket Board chief to justify the decision for the tour in the meantime.The bench of justices Farid Ahmed and Sheikh Hassan Arif gave the order upon a petition challenging the BCB move for the tour scheduled for the end of this month.

no law they already have visited Pakistan and cleared security issues there was nothing that allowed their courts to do so!!! only one thing worked and that was Indian influence in Bangladeshi Govt!!!

Now lets not all get excited...I think it is a blessing in disguise......Our foolish cricket board will not make sensible decisions....but beg. Our political leaders are as inept as you can get.....Rehman Malik says we will give you fool proof security.....right these fool cannot protect our people and he is going to give fool proof security....Taliban or extremist can do anything and one more incident and we can kiss cricket in Pakistan goodbye for a long time....what if other secret agencies do it and then what?

Yar har kaam main Allah ki taraf sey behtry hoti hai.
Angry to main bhi bohat hoon or khan.paki sey 100% agree hoon, laikin achha hi hua hai.
