Mom is not going to torture, what can you do when a kid refuse to accept the milk from Mom?...The suffering in that case is not from Mom,... Mom will arrange something else for that kid in this case, which is not as nurturant camparing to her milk....

A fetus's actions in the tummy have NO bearing on what awaits it after birth. There is NO FREEDOM of action there!

On the other hand, as per Islamic teachings, an adult's actions in this life dictate how he/she will be treated in the afterlife.
