He is playing with words. He does not answers when asked if killing paramilitary forces should be discouraged. They had been in power for 5 years in NWFP. What change they brought in the state? A madrassa student from Bannu who was elected as CM has now a huge plaze on his name on Arbab Road peshawar. They are all power seeking molvies.
Even if there is western influence inside your country, you are not allowed to bomb people around. Islam has given this very responsibilty to state. And if they think that state functions by western ideas, then bring the change through Ballot. You just simply cann't pretent to be angels and start blowing people around, justifying given life for the sake of Islam.
