"O mankind! I believe we will not meet in this Congregation again.
Remember, your blood (life), your property and your honor is sacred unto each other. Very soon you will have to explain your actions before Allah.
O People! Your Sustainer Lord is One and your ancestry is common. No black is superior to a white, and no white is superior to a black, and no Arab is better than a non-Arab and no non-Arab is better than an Arab. Honor is the birthright of every human being. The only criterion of superiority amongst you is nothing but good conduct.
Treat those under your care equitably. Be kind to your servants. Feed them what you eat and clothe them as you clothe.
This day, the ways of the Jahiliyyah (the Age of Ignorance) are trampled under my feet. All bloodshed of the Jahiliyyah is declared null and void. This day, I revoke all previous warfare, contention, bloodshed, and chain revenge. I am the first one to forgive the murder committed against my family, that of Rabee'ah bin Harith.
All usury (interest on money) of Jahiliyyah is null and void from this day on. First of all, I revoke the interest owed to my family on behalf of my uncle Abbas bin Muttalib.
O Men! Be fearful of Allah in all matters concerning women. They have rights upon you as you have rights upon them. Treat them well and be kind to them. Remember, they are your companions, colleagues, and partners in life.
Just as you honor this month, this day and this place, likewise your blood and property is inviolable unto one another. All believers are brothers and sisters unto another. Nothing from a believer is permissible unto another unless it is given with cheerful consent.
Remember that everyone is a shepherd. You will be questioned about those under your care. If a non-Muslim were wronged in our State, I would personally plead on his or her behalf. Avoid extremes in religion. Peace, O Mankind!
O People! I am leaving behind one thing among you. If you hold it fast, you will never go astray. What is that thing? - The Book of Allah.
Even if an Ethiopian slave is chosen among you as Ameer (Ruler) and he takes you along the Book of Allah, obey him and follow him. Serve your Sustainer Lord by serving His creation and you will enter Paradise.
O People! Sincerity in action, working for the betterment of fellow humans, and unity among the Ummah are three things that keep the hearts refreshed and clean.
O Mankind! No prophet will come after me. And there is no Ummah (an Ideology-based Community) after you.
It is incumbent upon you to convey this Message of mine unto those who are not present here. Allah will ask you about me on the Day of Resurrection. Tell me, what you will say. The noble companions and the congregation repeating after a Sahabi's voice proclaimed, "We witness that you have conveyed the Message of Allah and fulfilled your Trust."
On hearing this, the Prophet (S)pbuh raised his hands and said, "O Allah! Be witness. O Allah! Be witness. O Allah! Be witness."
At this point, Allah revealed again part of a verse to the exalted Prophetpbuh, 5:3 ----- This Day I have perfected your DEEN for you, completed My favor upon you, and chosen for you Al-Islam as the System of Life. ----.
FAREWELL SERMON: 3 VERSIONS
GREG W. KAVALEC
There seems to be 3 versions of Last Sermon of the Prophetpbuh.
Here are the references to the three versions of one sentence in the Sermon.
01). I leave with you the Qur’an and my Sunnah. Muwatta, 46/3
02). I leave with you the Qur’an and Ahl al-bayt. Muslim 44/4, Number02). I leave with you the Qur’an and Ahl al-bayt. Muslim 44/4, Number 2408; Ibn Hanbal 04/366; Darimi 23/1, Number 3319.
03). I leave for you the Qur’an alone you shall uphold it. Muslim 15/19, Number 1218; Ibn Majah 25/84, Abu Dawud 11/56.

Jazak Allah brother for very significant post.
So... Qur’an & Ahl ul Bayt 1 out of 3. Qur’an & Sunnah 1 out of 3. Qur’an 3 out of 3. That should speak to the issue. But will it?
Our beloved Prophet Hadhrat Muhammad (pbuh) emphasized to hold the Quran firmly but unfortunately, we are way behind to bring knowledge of Quran in our life according to its true essence that is why we are in state of decline.
May Allah give us wisdom to rightfully adopt Quran in our life.

The Final Sermon of Prophet Muhammad SallAllahu Alleihi Wa Sallama:
After praising, and thanking God, the Prophet, may God send His praises upon him said:
“O People, lend me an attentive ear, for I know not whether after this year, I shall ever be amongst you again. Therefore, listen to what I am saying to you very carefully and take these words to those who could not be present here today.
O People, just as you regard this month, this day, this city as Sacred, so regard the life and property of every Muslim as a sacred trust. Return the goods entrusted to you to their rightful owners. Hurt no one so that no one may hurt you. Remember that you will indeed meet your Lord, and that He will indeed reckon your deeds. God has forbidden you to take usury (interest), therefore all interest obligation shall henceforth be waived. Your capital, however, is yours to keep. You will neither inflict nor suffer any inequity. God has Judged that there shall be no interest, and that all the interest due to Abbas ibn Abd’al Muttalib shall henceforth be waived...
Beware of Satan, for the safety of your religion. He has lost all hope that he will ever be able to lead you astray in big things, so beware of following him in small things.
O People, it is true that you have certain rights with regard to your women, but they also have rights over you. Remember that you have taken them as your wives only under a trust from God and with His permission. If they abide by your right then to them belongs the right to be fed and clothed in kindness. Do treat your women well and be kind to them for they are your partners and committed helpers. And it is your right that they do not make friends with any one of whom you do not approve, as well as never to be unchaste.
O People, listen to me in earnest, worship God, perform your five daily prayers, fast during the month of Ramadan, and offer Zakat. Perform Hajj if you have the means.
All mankind is from Adam and Eve. An Arab has no superiority over a non-Arab, nor does a non-Arab have any superiority over an Arab; white has no superiority over black, nor does a black have any superiority over white; [none have superiority over another] except by piety and good action. Learn that every Muslim is a brother to every Muslim and that the Muslims constitute one brotherhood. Nothing shall be legitimate to a Muslim which belongs to a fellow Muslim unless it was given freely and willingly. Do not, therefore, do injustice to yourselves.
Remember, one day you will appear before God and answer for your deeds. So beware, do not stray from the path of righteousness after I am gone.
O People, no prophet or apostle will come after me, and no new faith will be born. Reason well, therefore, O people, and understand words which I convey to you. I leave behind me two things, the Quran and my example, the Sunnah, and if you follow these you will never go astray.
All those who listen to me shall pass on my words to others and those to others again; and may the last ones understand my words better than those who listen to me directly. Be my witness oh Allah that I have conveyed your message to your people”

There is something missing for this story. Let me complete it...The holy prophet Muhammad (PBUH) grabbed the hand of Hazart Ali and said" Mun kum tum maula hi fa ha za Ali maula. Ali is the Master of all those who I am the master of. 3 days of celebration was declared for make Ali the master of the muslims. Hazart Umer(RATA) was the first one to congratulate Hazart Ali for been nominated to be the master of the Muslim Ummah.

:jazak: Brother Canadian for reminding us the final message of Prophet Muhammad (pbuh). Most of us has forgotten this message. The faith of Sahabah was Quran and Sunnah ONLY, not Sufism, Qadrism, Naqshbandism, Chushtism or any other sect.
O ye who believe! Obey Allah, and obey the Messenger, and those charged with authority among you. If ye differ in anything among yourselves, refer it to Allah and HisMessenger, if ye do believe in Allah and the Last Day: That is best, and most suitable for final determination.(Quraan, 4:59)
:
A Muslim always refers back to the Quran and narrations of Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) called the Sunnah, in matters of religion. Allah tells us in the Quran: “It is not for a believing man or a believing woman, when God and His Messenger have decided a matter, they should [thereafter] have any choice about their affair. And whoever disobeys God and His Messenger has certainly strayed into clear error.” (Quran 33:36)
Prophet Muhammad ( pbuh) stressed the importance of following the Quran and Sunnah and the danger of introducing any innovations into Islam. It is known that the Prophet said: “Whoever does a deed which is not in accordance to my commands (i.e. the Islamic Law), it shall be rejected.” (Saheeh Muslim)
Ibn Mas’ood (a companion of the prophet), may God be pleased with him, said: “The Messenger of God, may the blessing and mercy of God be upon him, made a straight line on the ground with his hand, then he said, “This is the straight path of God.” Then he made a (short) line on each side of the straight line; then he said, ‘These (short) lines, each one has a devil inviting people to it.” Then he recited the verse (of the Quran): “And this is My path straight. So follow it, and do not follow (other) ways, lest they lead you away from My path.” (Quran 6:153)
Saheeh: Reported by Ahmad and an-Nasaae’e.
A Muslim therefore is required to obey Allah and His Messenger (pbuh). This is the highest authority in Islam. One is not to blindly follow religious leaders; rather, we as humans are required to use the faculties given to us by Allah, to think and reason.

Brother Siasat-Pak, thanks you for your wahabi theaology lecture. We all crave for it but please mind it that the same God and Prophet told you that killing one man is killing humanity so please stop bombing the shrines and mazar of Oulia Allah in Pakistan. I can give you a two page lecture but will not waste my time. If Allah and Prophet and Ulamah' s can't convince you.. who am I? Rather than quoting 10 verses for you i was explain you like a kindergaten kid. Think about Surrah Fatia...You ask Allah 5 times a day ( if you say namaz) "هدِنَــــا الصِّرَاطَ المُستَقِيمَ You guide us upon the Path and then then you say "the Path journeyed by those upon whom You showered blessings" صِرَاطَ الَّذِينَ أَنعَمتَ عَلَيهِمْ here Allah is not talking about Aliens but some special people who are amoungst us like Ahlaybaat, sadiqeen. momineen, wali Allah, shaudha, people with knowledge (Ulamia). In these 2 verses we are promised by Allah to follow their foot steps and we will shower you with blessing. And finally he warned us about your sect and your thinking that " this Path/Course is other than of those who made themselves liable to criminal cognizance/arrest, and nor is of those ones who are the neglectful wanderersغَيرِ المَغضُوبِ عَلَيهِمْ وَلاَ الضَّالِّين.

The last part of the sermon is disputed among believers, i.e.:
a) I am leaving behind one thing that is Quran;
b) I am leaving behind two things, Quran and my Sunnat;(which people take as Hadiths etc.)
c) I am leaving behind three things, Quran, my Sunnat, and my Ahalaybait.
The irony is that sermon was delivered in one speech. hundred of thousands heard it in one sitting. How it
comes that it has got three versions. Its a clear cut example that apart from Quran, whatever institution people take,
in it, the people have made amendements, additions/deletions/editions, etc. Only the Book of Allah is that is
next to impossible to change. Anyhow everyone is free to adopt whatever, form he/she wishes from the
above three versions, I will always go with the first one.

Do you know one thing. Please do not twist the verses of Sura Fatiha to suit your own creed. In Quran Allah does mentioned who
are those people who were favoured and who were those who went astray or were subjected to Ghazab. So be content with that, please

Dear Siasat-pk,
I checked your link. This Mullah, like any Mullah, is repeating the same bogey. I really do not know or cannot understand why
these Mullahs immediately tie the Quran's mentioning or quotation by jumping over the subject of narrating the importance of
Prophet(pbh) which is not at that time the subject/theme. Anyhow, he is ignorant (sorry to say), he is taking the arabic
word "kitab allah" as "book of Allah", whereas this arabic word "kitab" also donates as "Law". Then he altogether forgets the words "the day He created the Heavens and Earth". Since his base is totally confused and he is not understanding a simple verse and basing
everything on that, his theory is of no relevance:
Here is link:
http://quran.com/9/36
Sahih International
Indeed, the number of months with Allah is twelve [lunar] months in the register of Allah [from] the day He created the heavens and the earth; of these, four are sacred. That is the correct religion, so do not wrong yourselves during them. And fight against the disbelievers collectively as they fight against you collectively. And know that Allah is with the righteous [who fear Him].
Muhsin Khan
Verily, the number of months with Allah is twelve months (in a year), so was it ordained by Allah on the Day when He created the heavens and the earth; of them four are Sacred, (i.e. the 1st, the 7th, the 11th and the 12th months of the Islamic calendar). That is the right religion, so wrong not yourselves therein, and fight against the Mushrikun (polytheists, pagans, idolaters, disbelievers in the Oneness of Allah) collectively, as they fight against you collectively. But know that Allah is with those who are Al-Muttaqun (the pious - see V.2:2).
Pickthall
Lo! the number of the months with Allah is twelve months by Allah's ordinance in the day that He created the heavens and the earth. Four of them are sacred: that is the right religion. So wrong not yourselves in them. And wage war on all of the idolaters as they are waging war on all of you. And know that Allah is with those who keep their duty (unto Him).
Yusuf Ali
The number of months in the sight of Allah is twelve (in a year)- so ordained by Him the day He created the heavens and the earth; of them four are sacred: that is the straight usage. So wrong not yourselves therein, and fight the Pagans all together as they fight you all together. But know that Allah is with those who restrain themselves.
Shakir
Surely the number of months with Allah is twelve months in Allah's ordinance since the day when He created the heavens and the earth, of these four being sacred; that is the right reckoning; therefore be not unjust to yourselves regarding them, and fight the polytheists all together as they fight you all together; and know that Allah is with those who guard (against evil).
Dr. Ghali
Surely the (right) (i.e. fixed) number of the months in the Providence of Allah is twelve months (ordained) in the Book of Allah the day that He created the heavens and the earth. Four of them are prohibiting. (i.e., fighting is prohibited during them) That is the most upright religion. So do not do (any) injustice to yourselves during them; (i.e., durimg the prohibited during them) and fight the associators as a whole as they fight you as a whole; and know that Allah is with the pious..
so please inform this Mullah to learn more something about Quran and also how to quote quran in speech.

After praising and thanking Allah (The One True God) the Prophet (PBUH) began with the these words:
"O People, lend me an attentive ear, for I know not whether after this year I shall ever be amongst you again. Therefore listen to what I am... saying to you very carefully and take these words to those who could not be present here today.
"O People! Just as you regard this month, this day, this city as Sacred, so regard the life and property of every Muslim as a sacred trust. Return the goods entrusted to you to their rightful owners. Hurt no one so that no one may hurt you. Remember that you will indeed meet your Lord, and that He will indeed reckon your deeds.
"Allah has forbidden you to take usury (interest), therefore all interest obligations shall henceforth be waived. Your capital, however, is yours to keep. You will neither inflict nor suffer any inequity. Allah has judged that there shall be no interest and that all the interest due to Abbas ibn 'Abd'al Muttalib (Prophet's uncle) shall henceforth be waived…Every right arising out of homicide in pre-Islamic days is henceforth waived, and the first such right that I waive is that arising from the murder of Rabiah ibn al-Harithiah.
"O Men! The unbelievers indulge in tampering with the calendar in order to make permissible that which Allah forbade, and to prohibit which Allah has made permissible. With Allah the months are twelve in number. Four of them are holy, three of these are successive and one occurs singly between the months of Jumada and Sha'ban.
"Beware of Satan, for the safety of your religion. He has lost all hope that he will ever be able to lead you astray in big things, so beware of following him in small things.
"O People! It is true that you have certain rights with regard to your women, but they also have rights over you. Remember that you have taken them as your wives only under Allah's trust and with His permission. If they abide by your right then to them belongs the right to be fed and clothed in kindness. Do treat your women well and be kind to them for they are your partners and committed helpers. And it's your right that they do not make friends with anyone of whom you do not approve, as well as never to be unchaste. O People! Listen to me in earnest, worship Allah, perform your five daily prayers (Salah), fast during the month of Ramadan, and give your wealth in Zakat (obligatory charity). Perform Hajj if you can afford to.
"All mankind is from Adam and Eve, an Arab has no superiority over a non-Arab nor a non-Arab has any superiority over an Arab; also a white (person) has no superiority over a black (person) nor a black has any superiority over a white except by piety and good action. Learn that Muslims are brothers to each other and that the Muslims constitute one brotherhood. Nothing shall be legitimate to a Muslim which belongs to a fellow Muslim unless it was given freely and willingly.
"Do not, therefore, do injustice to yourselves. Remember, one day you will appear before Allah and answer about your deeds. So beware, do not stray from the path of righteousness after I am gone.
"O People! No prophet or apostle will come after me and no new faith will be born. O People! Reason and understand well the words that I convey to you. I leave behind me two things, the Qur'an and my Sunnah (i.e. sayings, deeds and approvals), and if you follow these you will never go astray.
"All those who listen to me shall pass on my words to others and those to others again; and may the last ones understand my words better than those who listen to me directly.
"Be my witness, O Allah, that I have conveyed Your message to Your people."
As part of this sermon, the Prophet (PBUH) recited a Revelation from Allah, which he had just received: "…This day, the disbelievers have given up all hope of your religion; so fear them not, but fear Me. This day, I have perfected your religion for you and completed My favor upon you, and have chosen for you Islam as your religion…" (Holy Qur'an, 5:3)
Towards the end of his sermon, the Prophet (PBUH) asked: "O people, have I faithfully delivered unto you my message?" A powerful murmur of assent "O Allah, yes!" arose from thousands of pilgrims and rolled like thunder throughout the valley. The Prophet (PBUH) raised his forefinger and said: "Be my witness O Allah, that I have conveyed Your message to Your people."
In the forty years before he attained prophethood, he had never once betrayed a trust. He was strictly honest in his dealings, true to his word, and deeply compassionate towards the human beings all around him. Most important of all, he had a profound desire for the truth, which went far and beyond all craving for profit. Even from a very early age he was given the affectionate name of “As- Sadiq, al- Amin,” the truthful and trustworthy and even those who opposed him never accused him of dishonesty or lying. His most notable qualities were his honesty, sincereity, mercy, kindness, generosity and compassion. In Mohammed (SAW), Allah found a pure soul, untarnished by self-interest, and totally uncompromising on the question of right and wrong.
Allah saw in him a man selflessly devoted to his duties, and one who would never stoop to idolatrous belief. Most important, Allah had found a seeker after the truth and someone who would appreciate in full the divine revelations with which he would be entrusted, and who would fully live to the resultant obligation. It was because this most perfect man has shown himself to be consistently virtuous over the first forty years of his life that Allah chose him as His final Prophet for all mankind. Prophet Mohammed (SAW) proved that God’s trust in him had not been misplaced for he carried out his prophetic duties with the highest imaginable degree of integrity.
He (SAW) was the only man born on this earth from beginning to the end of this universe who was pious, noble, wise, intelligent, able, capable, brave and tolerant enough to have carried and spread out the Final Message of Allah (SUT) revealed through the glorious Quran.
It should not be ignored or forgotten that every good Muslim in the world will give his/her life to defend the esteemed name of our beloved Prophet Mohammed (SAW) and if any one dared to sully his name, will face the wrath of entire Muslim world.

Thanks Brother Saldin for copy pasting the last message of Holy Prophet Muhammad(PBUH). I can't resist to ask few questions:
Where did you copied it from? source, reference???
Its understood that you didn't type all that, did u have publishers consent to copy from their site?
Is it complete sermon? Like Quran is from Alif Lam Mim to wanas.
Is there something added or deleted from this sermon?
if something is dilerbately deleted or surpressed, isn't it insulting the holy Prophet or blasphemy?
Isn't it blasphemy to pick and chose what the prophet said without his consent and do unjustice to the Prophet?

hans brother, I just asked few questions. If you don't have the knowledge, please don't open your mouth. I have not called anyone"blasphemous". All I asked is please don't ommit and surpress the word of the prophet and tell the truth. Not doing so will be considered as blasphemy.

I leave behind me two things, the Qur'an and my Sunnah (i.e. sayings, deeds and approvals),
and if you follow these you will never go astray.
And my earlier post:
The last part of the sermon is disputed among believers, i.e.:
a) I am leaving behind one thing that is Quran;
b) I am leaving behind two things, Quran and my Sunnat;(which people take as Hadiths etc.)
c) I am leaving behind three things, Quran, my Sunnat, and my Ahalaybait.
The irony is that sermon was delivered in one speech. hundred of thousands heard it in one sitting. How it
comes that it has got three versions. Its a clear cut example that apart from Quran, whatever institution people take,
in it people have made amendements, additions/deletions/editions, etc. Only the Book of Allah is that is
next to impossible to change. Anyhow everyone is free to adopt whatever, form he/she wishes from the
above three versions, I will always go with the first one.

[Sajdah 32:13] And had We willed We would have given every soul its guidance, but My Word is decreed that I will certainly fill hell with these jinns and men, combined.
[Tehreem 66:6] O People who Believe! Save yourselves and your families from the fire, the fuel of which is men and stones – appointed over it are the extremely strict angels, who do not refuse the command of Allah and carry out whatever they are commanded
A): Jin and Naas shall be in hell fire.
B): Naas and Stones shall be in hell fire.
Quran is revealed in one language. Billions recite it then how it comes that it has got DIFFERENT words while describing what shall be in hell fire.
Its a clear cut example that understanding Quran is not child’s play.
In Quran no one can make amendements, additions/deletions/editions, etc.
Only the Book of Allah is that is next to impossible to change.

Oh Man Siasat.pk!
TRULY AND UTTERLY GENIOUS!
Vey first Ayat you quoted (4:59) says to OBEY a) Allah b) Rasool Allah pbuh c)Hakim (Those who charged with Authority, BUT what is you conclusion!!!!!!
You COMPLETELY ignored category C!!!!!!!!!
Secondly, about Biddah, you seem a lot of concerned, so am I:
About Biddah, listen to this:

Abdul Aziz Ibn e Saud voilated specific commandment of Quran, betrayed Allah and His Messanger, took £5000/Month from Britain and Abandoned Khilafah.
Khilafah has been in Musilms sicne begininng and abanding Khilafah is Biddah.
